Refund policy

I hope your new glass art creation exceeds your expectations, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it. 

Please notify me and return your item within 30 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. All shipping carriers offer insurance; most even include insurance, up to a certain value. Be sure to check with your specific carrier regarding coverage on your return. 

Your refund will be issued within 48 hours of receipt of your return. You may contact me at info@theglassrainbow.com with any questions you might have.

Damaged In Transit - I take extreme care when packaging your order and have a 99.4% issue-free rate of delivery. However, sometimes things happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please include images of the outside of the box, especially the damaged areas, as well as images of the damage to your item with your return request. A replacement or full refund will be provided.

Please note, returns are not accepted on custom orders.
