If you're looking for an impressive gift for a birthday, wedding or anniversary, think contemporary glass art. This gently sloping, fused glass, fruit bowl replicates sea coral in all its splendor. Done in bold red and bright yellow, it's backed by a soft white glass. The light plays off of it beautifully!
All glass is hand-cut and placed to create this stunning, abstract design. The glass is smooth and cool to the touch and has a shiny, high gloss finish. This design uses some of the same techniques as my other coral bowls; however, additional processes are required to get the color mixes in this design. Additional kiln runs, and hand polishing after each run, add to the perfection of these bowls. Total kiln time for this piece was approximately 68 hours.
Handcrafted in Cincinnati, Ohio.
SIZE: Diameter: 11.25" Height: 3" - Note: Glass tends to pull during the melting process. All sizes are approximate to within 1/4" more or less, of listed dimensions.

It’s a beautiful piece for my table, but the colors were no way near the colors in the picture. Colors in the picture show bright blues, the colors in the one I received there is a lot of black and grays,and some blue. It’s beautiful, but the colors are so different. But I decided to keep it, because it is still a nice piece.

This is my second vase. I like everything about it. When I decided I needed to purchase the second vase, the process was quick and efficient. I did not have to jump through hoops with my password etcetera, etcetera…that can become very tiresome. I’m trying to purchase a vase from amazin company and it is such a hazzle, if I ever get it and the process to view the order is not simplified, this will be my last purchase from them.
